So the other day, I came downstairs and THIS is what I saw!
That’s right! Smudge was using one of my Most Favorite toys as a PILLOW!
I was all, “SMUDGE!” And he was all, “What?”
I said, “That’s NOT a pillow! That’s a dog toy.”
He said, “Oh, Mayzie, I think you must be mistaken. It’s obviously a cat pillow because it’s sooooo comfy.”
And I said, “No, Smudge, I hates to tell you this but YOU are the one who’s mistaken. It’s a dog toy that you chew on and play tug with and throw up in the air and, well, it USED to have stuffing in it but I pulled all that out and…and…”
“ZZZZZzzzzzzzz…”
“And, uh, I guess you can use it as a pillow.”
Sigh. There’s just no arguing with kittehs.
i do wonder why Smudge will wanna use your toy as a pillow when she’s lying on a perfectly comfortable one

Ahhh, how we love Smudge, such a cutie. And we see he likes to hang his head off the real pillow just like us. Maybe he has some pup in him, Mayzie. Are you sure when you turn your back, he isn’t really playing with your toy? Maybe you should try engaging him in some tug time.

Oh no Mayzie, you let that Kitteh, Smudge get the best of that toy. It seems that the cat is ruling the house which is how it should be. Too funny. But Mayzie, you were such a good girl to let him fall asleep on the toy. You are such a good dog.

Gosh Miss Mayzie, I sure don’t know what you could do there! ‘Course, we don’t have any kittycats in our house, the only ones I’ve talked with were fural kittycats and they just smacked my nosey. At least Mr. Smudge doesn’t smack your nosey!
